The Wall Street Journal reports that President Trump has announced he will sign the “Phase One” trade agreement between the U.S. and China on January 15. The signing ceremony will take place in Washington, D.C., with the President to travel to Beijing later on for “Phase Two” negotiations addressing thornier issues such as technology transfer and Chinese economic subsidies.
