Dr. Robert F. Wescott

Dr. Robert F. Wescott is Founder and President of Keybridge. He has more than 30 years of professional experience working on macroeconomic, financial, and public policy issues. Prior to founding Keybridge in 2001, Dr. Wescott served as Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy at the National Economic Council at the White House, as Chief Economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisers, as Deputy Division Chief in the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Economist at WEFA Group (today IHS Markit, Inc.). Dr. Wescott holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark W. McNulty

Mark W. McNulty is Senior Vice President at Keybridge, where he serves as an economic and policy adviser to decision makers in multinational corporations, industry associations, and government agencies. He has more than a decade of experience in applying economics, finance, and data analytics to a wide range of public policy issues, including economic policy, energy policy, environmental policy, emergency management, and flood insurance. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration & Economics from Rhodes College and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

Brendan Fitzpatrick

Brendan Fitzpatrick is a Vice President at Keybridge, where he specializes in corporate social responsibility (“CSR”), impact evaluation, economic modeling, and environmental policy. For more than a decade, he has served as an evaluator and advisor to nonprofit organizations, industry associations, and private companies on their CSR commitments. Prior to joining Keybridge, Brendan served in the Office of the Chief Economist of the World Bank. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Bioengineering & Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

Jeff Jensen

Jeff Jensen is a Vice President at Keybridge and serves as an economic and policy advisor for small businesses, industry associations, and government agencies. Mr. Jensen provides economic and policy expertise on a variety of topics, including macroeconomic policy, federal regulatory policy, hazard mitigation, equipment finance, and the electronic payments industry. Before joining Keybridge, Mr. Jensen was a Senior Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he specialized in transportation security. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carleton College and two Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Environmental Management from Duke University.

Katie Archer is a Senior Director at Keybridge. She specializes in energy and environmental policy and economic impact analysis, and program evaluation. Ms. Archer holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University, with Honors, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Economics from Rhodes College.
